Russian film star Danila Kozlovsky was born May 3, 1985 in Moscow. Danila Kozlovsky has two brothers – senior and junior Egor Ivan. Since childhood, Danila studied dancing and singing, played the saxophone and viola. For six years, at the request of parents, Daniel took his studies at the Kronshtadt Naval Cadet School, graduated in 2002. After graduating from the military school, Daniel, in spite of all entreaties and warnings, arrives in St. Petersburg. He entered the Theater Academy for acting and directing course.

Having started from the second year, the actor regularly was shot in films. In the movie, the actor began to appear in 1998. His first role – the role of the bully in the TV series “Simple Truth”. Sometimes during the year he could take part in 3-4 films. In 2006, Danila Kozlovsky was awarded the title of laureate by the Russian film critics “White Elephant” for his role in the feature film «Garpastum». To date, the actor has appeared in more than twenty films. In 2012 Danila Kozlovsky received the National award “Golden Eagle” for “Dukhless”, nomination “Best Cinema Actor”. In 2013, Danila Kozlovsky received a role of Dmitry Belikov in the film, adaptation from popular series of books by Richelle Mead. Filming began on May 27, 2013.

In autumn 2008, he married actress Ursula Magdalena Malka. But three years later, in 2011, divorced. In early February 2013 the magazine “7 Days” told about the affair with beautiful actress Julia Snigir, with whom he starred together in the historical drama by French director Jose Diana “Rasputin”.

In London, he finished shooting in a Hollywood saga ‘Vampire Academy. Blood Sisters’, in which Danila Kozlovsky plays a major role of Dampier Dmitry Belikov. Daniel’s partner in the film – the American Zoey Deutch. Director of the film – Mark Waters. Premiere of the film is scheduled for Valentine’s Day – February 14, 2014.
