Sky installation Angel by Russian Knights
At Easter week of 2013 famous aerobatic team “The Russian Knights” painted in the sky a figure of Angel. It happened at the air show in Kubinka, 60 km west of Moscow. The event was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the aircraft display center named after IN Kozhedub, and 22nd anniversary of the “The Russian Knights”. On April 5, 2016 the Russian Knights will celebrate their 25th birthday. The Russian Knights are famous for their “sky installations” demonstrating advanced combat aircraft of the best aerobatics school in Russia. The uniqueness of the group is that it is the only aerobatic team in the world, performing group aerobatic airplanes class of “heavy fighter” and that the fighters are serial samples. The group is a regular participant of all Russian and many foreign air shows.
