Supermodel of the 1990s, Russian model Oxana Zubakova (Zoubakova) was born December 9, 1976 in the old Russian city of Tambov. Her first participation in the beauty contest was when she was 15 year old. Oxana Zubakova won the first prize at beauty pageant among models «Red stars», held in June 1992. Agency Director Tatiana Koltsova stressed: “Oksana is awarded our prize – contract for 250 000 rubles, as a good beginning of her professional modeling career”. Oxana Zubakova is a title holder of several beauty pageants – “Vice – Queen – 92” at the contest “Stars of Russian province”, the winner of the international competition of modeling agency “Elite” “Look of the Year”.
The beautiful schoolgirl was offered a contract from a famous company, but Zubakova refused – she had to finish high school. Oksana Zubakova’s career was more than successful – from the local classical gymnasium to the world podiums. Now 37-year-old business woman has had over 10 successful years within the fashion industry as a model, and then as the founder of the international talent management agency OMM Ltd. Since 2005 Oxana established a development and residential company, specializing in the UK and European property markets.
Oksana became famous after advertising soap “cameos”. Then followed work with such leading designers and fashion houses as Valentino, Giorgio Armani, Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Etro, Gaultier and Givenchy. Any beauty could only dream of such worldwide fame.
Since January 1999 till present time Oksana Zubakova has worked as a managing director of her private model agency OMM, based in London. Oxana Model Management (OMM) agency provides its models the opportunity to work with leading international agencies and the best designers of fashion industry.
In 2007 Oxana established O Private Office, a property firm developing several unique projects in Europe. She set up O Private Education in partnership with Bonas Macfarlane, to provide the most respected tuition and educational advice in the UK.
From 2009 Oxana has supported a number of hospitality initiatives, including a partnership between Ginza Project and Prime Concept forming lifestyle brand Ginza Prime.
