Music school.
It was built at the beginning of the century by the architect A. Y. Yagna.

Left: in 1912, the music school was transformed into a conservatory. It was the third music higher education institution in Russia. The school building was rebuilt according to the project of architect S. A. Kallistratov.
In October 1917, Soviet power in Saratov was proclaimed in the Great (now Oktyabrsky) Hall of the Conservatory.
